Corus-CMF Page to Pitch Program

Attention Producer and Writer OSM Members:

Now in its fifth year, the Corus-CMF Page to Pitch Program available to producers seeking funding for creative and business activities during the development of eligible live-action and animated television projects  (Drama, Documentary, Children’s and Youth and Variety and Performing Arts). The Program is divided into a Page Stream and a Pitch Stream. While both Streams fund Animation (or animated-related) and Live-action (including documentary) projects, for clarity, funding for English-language projects through the Program will only be available for Animation (or animated-related) productions.

Eligible projects must have secured a financial commitment from any CRTC-licensed Canadian broadcaster (including private, public, educational, specialty, pay-per-view broadcasters and CRTC-licensed VOD services).

The Program funds eligible costs related to story and script development as well as expenses related to the acquisition of pre-sale financing from foreign broadcasters and distributors. Projects will be evaluated and chosen through a selective process and could access up to the lesser of 75 per cent of the project’s eligible costs or $75K.
