Get the Basics – Business Affairs Workshop

On Screen Manitoba in partnership with the Winnipeg Film Group present two workshops suitable for emerging producers, production managers, filmmakers, location managers and any industry professional with an interest in these topics. The second workshop will be:

This workshop will provide an overview of rules and regulations surrounding production permits and permissions as well as equipment and production liability insurance requirements. Participants will gain an understanding of how to better navigate these essential elements to facilitate a successful and safe production.

Registration Fees:

On Screen Manitoba members: $20 per workshop or $30 for both workshops (+GST)
Winnipeg Film Group members: $20 per workshop or $30 for both workshops (+GST)
Non-members: $25 per workshop or $40 for both workshops (+GST)

Cancellation Policy:

Participants may cancel up to two full business days prior to the event start date to receive a 75% refund.
No refund will be given to participants who cancel within two business days of the event start date, or if they do not attend the event.
On Screen Manitoba reserves the right to cancel, or postpone, any event where a minimum registration level has not been met. Participants registered for an event that is cancelled will receive a full refund.
