JOHN TITLEY is an award-winning screenwriter, director and producer who has worked in the film industry since 2006. His short films have screened at festivals around the world including the social satire ANATOMY OF ASSISTANCE (Dir. Cory Bowles, Trailer Park Boys) which made its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2013, and the dark comedy COLD FEET (Dir. Daniel D'Alimonte, The Haymaker) which included screenings at Fantasia Montreal and ScreamFest LA before selling to US-based broadcaster AMC-IFC Networks Inc. in 2015. John’s recent credits include I SURVIVED (Farpoint Films, 2019), IN PLAIN SIGHT (Investigation Discovery / Frantic Films / 2018) and the VR video game THE LAST TAXI (ZenFri Inc. / iOS + Android / 2017). He is also the writer/creator of THE LUCKY ONES with producer Ian Bawa currently in development with the National Screen Institute's Totally Television program (2019) , and recently won the MFM/OSM Feature Film Accelerator Grant for his romantic comedy feature HOW TO LOVE YOURSELF. John is also an award-winning commercial writer, producer and director with multiple Signature Awards for best Broadcast Commercial Under $20,000 (2014 + 2016) for clients like Rogers, Ubisoft, Hallmark Channel, IMAX and Ronald McDonald House. He also performs as the voice of Skarra on the animated series SUPA STRIKAS (Da Capo Productions / Disney XD) and has generated over 1+ million views and 25k likes hosting content for THE GAMER (YouTube). John is an alumni of the University of Manitoba (Advanced Major in Film, 2009) Norman Jewison's Canadian Film Centre (Writers' Lab, 2012), and the National Film Board Creation Lab (2017).
