Robbin "GOOSE" MacDonald, C.O.H.S.


Goose is a Writer/Director/Actor/Assistant Director originally from Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Robbin has been in the entertainment industry since early childhood (Vocal Music), performing on his first recorded album (The Gift of Song) at the age of five. His love of music and sports has followed him through life. A multi-instrumentalist, multi-sport athlete, Robbin excelled in both passions. He continued recording music as both a studio keyboardist/vocalist and as a member of signed bands and his own solo projects. Robbin stepped away from his musical endeavors's to pursue his education (Concordia University) and hockey career. Injuries cut short his career on the ice, and he used these skills to enter into film/television. Utilizing his natural performing ability, he has secured numerous roles as an actor and occasional stunt performer. Robbin returned to school (Sheridan College) and completed the Advanced Television and Film Program specializing in Producing, Writing and Sound turning his career behind the camera. As a writer, director and assistant director Robbin has been successful in producing & directing a number of projects and continues to pursue this passion. Away from set he is an accredited Occupational Health and Safety Professional (Ryerson University) with specializations in Organizational Behaviour, Interpersonal Skills and Fire Safety System Management and focuses a lot of his attention to the betterment of the Film/Television Industry, while still providing training, linguistic programs, auditing and Risk Management and Auditing expertise to the construction, industrial, transportation and forestry industries.
