This session will help you understand how to foster inclusion on set, in the production office and throughout the production cycle. We all have biases — implicit attitudes, stereotypes and subtle prejudices that influence our behaviour. This workshop is designed to help you understand, spot, and counteract unconscious bias.

Priti Shah, CEO of Praxis Consulting, will provide practical steps to help you identify your own unconscious bias and to promote the conscious inclusion of others in all areas of the media production industry. Immediately following her presentation, a panel of industry professionals will share real-world examples of how they activate conscious inclusion in their work.
