Lindsay is a results-driven leader with nearly two decades of extensive professional experience spanning government, non-profit, and private consulting sectors. She is a dedicated relationship builder and collaborator, leveraging her diverse background to navigate complex issues and policy environments skillfully. Lindsay excels at uniting stakeholders and driving them towards tangible results.

A proud graduate of the Theatre and Film Program at the University of Winnipeg, Lindsay's early career featured pivotal contributions to several successful productions, including her work on My Winnipeg, Guy Maddin's heartfelt homage to the city of Winnipeg. In 2023, Lindsay was an honoured recipient of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee medal in recognition of her community work.


Maryam Decter (she/her)

Maryam has worked on more than 50 productions as a Production Designer, Production Manager and Gemini Award winning Set Decorator and is excited to rejoin the OSM team as the Programs Manager. She appreciates both the cooperative nature of filmmaking and the skill and hard work that goes into it. Maryam brings practical production experience to the table as well as a deep, clear understanding of the Manitoba media production industry and a commitment to training, mentorship, business development, diversity, inclusion and fairness.


Dodie Graham McKay (she/her)

Dodie Graham McKay has been working in the Winnipeg documentary film community as a production manager, producer, director and writer since she fell into it accidentally in 2005.  She is also a published author and journalist, writing about natural history, environmental issues and magic. Dodie’s passion for authentic storytelling and documentary film drives her commitment to ensuring that our film community represents the diversity and creative talent that Manitoba has to offer.

Robyn Hasselstrom (they/them)

Robyn has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Manitoba with a major in Theatre and a minor in Sociology. Robyn has worked for over a decade in various non-union roles for both film and theatre productions, including as an actor, director (theatre), props crew-member, assistant director (film), stage manager (theatre), set dresser, and in various other positions. Robyn is eager to continue learning—and sharing—about the Manitoba media production industry, and is committed to ensuring equitable opportunities for all people living in Manitoba.


Chelsea Howgate (she/her)

Chelsea has completed a Bachelor's degree in Music at the University of Manitoba, pursuing an interest in composition and multi-media projects. She has several years of experience in Winnipeg's expansive arts and media communities, including screen and stage acting, fiction and script writing, journalism, digital art and musical performance. Chelsea is committed to expanding the presence of and opportunities for artists in Manitoba and amplifying diverse voices on-screen and behind the scenes, as well as discovering how else she can contribute to Manitoba’s arts and media culture.
