Ce documentaire explore l'immigration francophone et africaine, ses hauts et ses bas au Manitoba, une province perçue comme un endroit où il fait bon vivre. Par des témoignages d’immigrants africains et de représentants de la communauté, un portrait favorable et encourageant est porté sur les intervenants du milieu et sur les services offerts aux nouveaux arrivants. Un hommage particulier est rendu à André Doumbé.

This documentary explores Francophone and African immigration in Manitoba, a province perceived as a good place to live. Through testimonials from African immigrants and community representatives, a favorable and encouraging portrait is painted of the stakeholders in the community and the services offered to newcomers.
